EVA Valve Bags for Carbon Black–Industrial Packaging Bag Manufacturer

ZonpakTM  low melt EVA valve bag is a special kind of packaging bag for rubber additive CarbonBlack. With this low melt valve bag and automatic filling machine, carbonblack manufacturers can make standard packages of 5kg, 10kg, 20kg and 25kg. Using the valve bags canavoid fly loss of the material when packing and there is no need to seal it, soit largely improves the packaging efficiency. 

The valve bags are made from EVA (copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate)which has a lower melting point and is highly compatible with rubber, so thebags together with the contained materials can be direct put into an internal mixer during rubber compounding process, andthe bags can fully disperse in the rubber as a mino ingredient. 

Bags with different melting points are available for different mixingconditions. With standard packages and no need to unpack before using thematerials, low melt valve bags also facilitate the work of the material users.
