The new energy drive motor stator assembly line can be applied to new energy vehicle drive motors, generators and other fields. The standard parts used in the whole line are all internationally renowned brands. The servo motor adopts bus control, and the key components are independently processed by precision equipment. This production line can realize the full-automatic production of three-wire six-layer, four-wire eight-layer and five-wire ten-layer. Intelligent functions: real-time traceability of production data, upload and download, interfacing with EMS; life management of key components; facial recognition system.

Advantages

01 Reliably shapes and inserts insulation paper into the stator core, and the insertion and cutting length of the insulation paper are stable.

02 Realize the fully automatic production of three-wire six-layer, four-wire eight-layer, and five-wire ten-layer, and can produce up to 12 layers.

03 After the wire expanding, the consistent circumferential alignment of wire ends is guaranteed, which is convenient for the positioning of the wire ends in the subsequent process of twisting.

04 After the copper wire is cut flat, the cut ends are polished to obtain better laser welding quality.

05 The wire ends are welded with lasers, with high welding quality, high efficiency and good reliability.

06 BUSBAR automatically aligns and is positioned and assembled with the same fixture as the stator to ensure the stability of the assembly.
