Thesophisticated Control System features a reponsive touch screen that lets youconfigure the oven bake temperature, bake time, and is capable of controllingsingle and dual belt conveyor ovens. Should an accident occur — if a utensil orother object fall into your conveyor belt — the system will automaticallydetect the jam and stop your belt before costly damage can occur.  It's able to store up to 30 custom recipies to meet even the most demanding restaurant needs, and those recipies can then be put on a USB flashdrive and transferred to other ovens. It also allows store owners to set up a secure password to prevent tampering and ensure your baking process.
