Retroreflector prism consists of three mutually perpendicular reflecting surfaces that form an angular cone structure with an internal angle of 90 degrees. When light is incident on any of the reflecting surfaces, it undergoes three reflections and eventually leaves the prism in a direction almost exactly opposite to that of the incident light.
