FM7000 Multi-functional feeding machinesystem composition:

1. Composition and function of feedingmachine system:

1.1 Fan system: the fan adopts 12kwultra-high pressure and small air volume fan, which ensures the rapid releaseof materials and distributed in the asphalt mixture aggregate evenly.

1.2 Weighing control system: for pellets, theweighing control system adopts a high-precision weighing sensor, which canweigh up to 30 Kg; for floc, it adopts three high-precision weighing sensors,which can weigh up to 16Kg.The sensor signal is processed by the regulatingsignal junction box and amplifier, and then the motor is controlled by PLC toachieve the accurate feeding effect.

1.3 Operation display system: the operatingsystem is operated by the keyboard to display all kinds of data on the TD400display screen. It could set the amount of material arbitrarily and display theamount of material each time through the keyboard full of Chinese or Englishinterface, to monitor the system operation.

2. Main components of feeding machine:

2.1 Feeding system: 2.2kw feeding meter.

2.2 Air supply system: 12KW high pressure, low air volume air pump fan, air volume is 28 m3/min.

2.3 Weighing control system: particleweighing system, flocculent weighing system and computer control system.

FM7000 multi-functional feeding machineworking principle:

According to the characteristics offlocculent ,powder or granular asphalt modifier, the machine adopts electronicweighing method, after the asphalt modifier is weighed accurately, it is addedto the asphalt mixture in time according to the engineering design flow. Duringproduction, the asphalt modifier is poured into the hopper, the whole feedingprocess is carried out under the control of PLC program automatically after thehopper door is closed . The feeding screw conveying system transfers theasphalt modifier in the hopper, such as anti-rutting agent and fiber particlesand so on, to the weighing hopper for weighing, and then waits for feedingsignal after weighing accurately. After receiving the feeding signal from thePLC control system, the discharging screw conveyor sends the asphalt modifierwith accurate weight to the asphalt mixing cylinder through a two-stage blowerimmediately, to realize the mixing of asphalt modifier and asphalt aggregate,and finally dispersing it evenly into the asphalt mixture. There is always acertain amount of material in the warehouse, which is added to the meteringsystem timely. So it goes around automatically.

In addition, it is alsoequipped with special signal connection input to realize the linkage of controlsignals from various mixing machines at home and abroad, and can be connectedto 24v-220v control voltage.

4. The discharging hole of the multipurposefiber feeder extends to the work chutes in the mixing cylinder, add a guidecorner , and an external material bin can also be installed for instantfeeding. To ensure that the asphalt modifier in the asphalt mixture aggregatefully and evenly dispersed, play the role of asphalt modifier in the asphaltmixture aggregate better.

5, The shutdown control button of multipurposefiber feeder can be connected to the mixing control room, can be shut downtimely, easy to deal with the mix before and after production. To prevent unnecessary feeding caused by thefailure of the feeding machine or mixing station.

6. High metering accuracy: the conveyingvolume of asphalt modifier is adjustable from 1 kg to 40Kg each time, themetering accuracy is ±0.2%, and the calibration accuracy can reach ±0.05%.
