    The high strength micro powder mill manufactured by our company is suitable for grinding more than 280 kinds of materials whose Mohs hardness is less than 9.3 and moisture is below 6%. The product granularty can be adjust between 80-425 mesh while the finest is 1000 mesh. However, our machine can also produce coarse powder, whose size is between 30-80 mesh.

   R-Type Raymond pulverizer is used for the high fine power processing of 280 kinds of non-flammable and Non-explosive material in mine, chemical industry and building material etc and the material have the Moh’s hardness scale less than 9.3 level and the humidity of less than 6% and include barite,calcite, potash feldspar, pencil stone, marble, lime stone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, active carclazyte act carbon, bentonite, kaoline, cement phosphrite rock. Gypsum, glass and heat insulating material etc. The particle size of finished product can be adjusted from 80-325 meshes at random.

The whole machine is collocated with jaw crusher, elevator, hopper, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, main unit, classifier, collector and high-pressure blower.

Big materials are crushed by jaw crusher to the required particle sizes, and carried by bucket elevator to the storage hopper, and are fed evenly and continuously by vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The grinded powder are carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier to be classified, the particles which meet the fineness enter cyclone collector through pipe, and are separated and collected there. They are discharged at the discharging valve to become finished products;

the airflow is sucked to the blower by return pipe on the top of cyclone collector. The whole airflow system is a sealed circulation, and is circulated under positive and negative air pressure.
