HD 1280×1024 Cooled MWIR MCT Array Detector CB12M – price
The CB12M product is an infrared optic-electronic device sensitive to radiation in the 3.7 to 4.8 micrometer spectral region. It includes a high-sensitivity focal plane array (FPA) comprised of a 1280×1024 element two dimensional detector array made of photovoltaic (PV) Mercury Cadmium Telluride (HgCdTe/MCT) connected to a Silicon readout integrate circuit (ROIC) by indium bump technology, and a 0.75W 77K stirling cycle rotary microcooler integrated into a metal dewar.
