Elbow Pipe Fitting
Nyne Overseas offers a diverse range of elbow products designed to facilitate smooth and efficient piping systems across various industrial sectors. Our elbows are manufactured to the highest standards, ensuring durability, reliability, and exceptional performance in both low and high-pressure applications.
Product Types:
90° Elbows:
- Short Radius (SR) Elbows: Suitable for applications with limited space, where a sharper turn is needed. Commonly used in smaller pipe diameters.
- Long Radius (LR) Elbows: Designed for applications requiring a smoother flow of fluid, reducing pressure loss and turbulence. Ideal for larger pipe diameters and high-flow systems.
45° Elbows:
- Used to create a 45° turn in the pipe, commonly in situations where a moderate change in direction is required. They offer a balance between flow efficiency and space constraints.
180° Elbows (U-Bends):
- Used for reversing the flow direction in a pipeline. They are typically employed in situations where the pipe needs to change direction by a full half-circle.
Tee Elbows:
- A hybrid fitting that combines both an elbow and a branch connection. These are used when creating lateral connections from a main pipeline.
Long Radius (LR) and Short Radius (SR) Elbows:
- Long Radius Elbows (LR): Provide a smooth, gradual bend, reducing friction and improving fluid flow, ideal for high-pressure applications.
- Short Radius Elbows (SR): These elbows have a smaller centerline radius and are used when space is constrained, but they may cause more pressure drop and fluid turbulence.
Reducing Elbows:
- Used when there is a need to change pipe diameters while also changing the direction. These elbows can transition between pipes of different sizes.
Material Options:
- Carbon Steel (ASTM A234 WPB, A420 WPL6)
- Stainless Steel (304, 316, 321, 904L)
- Alloy Steel (ASTM A182, A335)
- Duplex Stainless Steel
- Nickel Alloys (Inconel, Monel)
- Copper Alloys
